ARTLESS Occidental Accoya Table is composed of solid Accoya wood boards. Accoya is a modified timber which has been pickled (Acetylation) to resist rot, defy the elements and stay strong for over 50 years, guaranteed.
The purity of the raw material is matched by the simplicity of the design creating an everlasting creation. We leave the wood raw, showcasing its natural color variations and imperfections. Within a few months Accoya will age into a greyish, silvery, pale wood. We prefer the aged look which also allows a maintenance free experience.

OUTDOOR WOOD
In general, outdoor wood is more expensive than interior hardwoods. But this excess cost is justified by the lifespan of the wood, It’s an investment, but beautiful enough to work indoors if you ever retire your outdoor space.
To clean outdoor furniture, you simply need to wash it with mild soap, water, with either a little bleach or vinegar mixed in. A soft plastic brush works as a gentle scrubbing agent if needed. If desired, oil the wood with Watco Teak Oil or boiled linseed oil every 3 months after a wash to preserve the rich brown color.
